Two pickup and dropoff points are available at Suntec City and Vision Exchange (Jurong)!
We will be staying at Swiss Garden Kuala Lumpur near KLCC (or equivalent)!
You can have up to 2 adults and 2 children sharing a room. Alternatively, you can also choose to have 2 pax each in a connecting room for the entire stay!
Yes! Your guides will be with you throughout the entire trip. Each departure will also have a HQ representative from EU Holidays and/or PeopleUp to ensure the trip goes smoothly! Do request their assistance at your convenience!
You will get your exact itinerary at least 4-5 days prior to your trip. The itinerary is planned to be at a comfortable pace for children and families so there is adequate amount of time for rest and free&easy time!
Yes we will have free and easy time for shopping and rest between the attractions!
We'll encourage you do not miss out on these amazing attractions. However, should you choose to do so, you can inform your guide and arrange for your own transport!
Yes you can as long as 1 parent/guardian is still around to ensure your child's safety! During our itinerary, we will also be visiting mega malls with lots of options for some alone time 🙂
